摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法(HPLC-ELSD)测定益气养血口服液中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法采用AlltechC(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-水(38:62);流18速:1.0mL·min-1;检测器:AlltechELSD-2000。结果黄芪甲苷在1.656～4.968μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,回收率为99%(RSD=2.4,n=5)。结论本法结果准确可靠,有良好的精密度和重现性,可有效地测定益气养血口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量。
Objective To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Yiqiyangxue oral solution. Methods Alltech C18 8column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μ m） was used with acetonitrile-water（38：62）as mobile phase, and flow rate was 1.0mL· min^-1 with a detector ofAlltech ELSD-2000. Results Astragaloside Ⅳ had a good linear relation in the range of 1.656-4.968 μ g and the average recovery was 99% with RSD of 2.4%. Conclusion The method is good precision and reproducibility and the result is reliable and accurate. It can be used to examine astragaloside Ⅳ in Yiqiyangxue oral solution.
