摘要
为适应新型复杂装备特点要求,维修保障模式改革应将精简维修层级、整合职能任务、优化专业设置、重组工种岗位、转变修理方式、加强精细化管理等作为重点,有效提高新型复杂装备维修保障能力。
In order to adapt to the characteristics of new-type complex equipment ,the mode of equipment maintenance support reform should reduce maintenance level ,integrate function duties , optimize the maintenance professional repartition ,regroup the work post of the mode ,change the way of repair ,and strengthen the fine management as the direction key to effectively improve the capabili-ty of new complex equipment maintenance support .
