摘要
本文在消化、吸收和分析多种无梭织机开口机构的基础上,总结、归纳出跃动连续,不对称和平综点偏移等运动规律,并指出其对应的特点。按照新的综框运动规律研制成的凸轮开口机构已成功地用于喷气织机和剑杆织机的生产实践中。综框运动平稳,适应高速,降低了经纱断头率和减少了织疵。
Based on the analysis of various shedding mechanisms of shuttleless looms,this articleintroduces new pattenrs of the heald frame motion such as the jerk-continuity,asymmetryand heald-levelliag point deviation patterns,the difference features of which are dealt with.The cam shedding designed according to new patterns mantioned above have successfully beenapplied to the production of air-jet and rapier looms.Those mechanisms are suitable forhigh speed and allow heald frames to move smoothly so that the end breakage rates could bedecreased and the fabric quality improved.
