摘要
目的 :采用高效毛细管电泳法对药典收载的 3个品种的 14个吴茱萸样品 (不同产地 )中所含吴茱萸碱进行含量测定。方法 :采用HP3D全自动毛细管电泳仪在 2 5 4nm波长处进行定量测定。电泳条件为 :石英毛细管柱 (5 0 μm× 5 6cm) ;缓冲液为 2 0mmol·L-1硼砂溶液 (pH =9 18) ;分离电压 30kV ;温度为 2 5℃。 结果 :吴茱萸碱在 1 94~ 7 78μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,其回归方程为Y =188 7X - 32 1,r =0 9974,平均回收率为 10 1 3 % (n =3)。结论 :本法简单、快捷、灵敏。
Objective:A capillary eletrophoresis method for the determination of evodiamine in traditional Chinese medicine-Evodia Fructus was established.Methods:The evodiamine was detected on 254 nm by HPCE.The best condition was achieved with a fusedsilica capillary tube(50 μm×56 cm),20 mmol·L -1 borate running buffer(pH=9 18),at a constant voltage of 30 kV and temperature at 25 ℃.Results:Calibration graph was constructed in the range of 1 94~7 78 μg for evodiamine( r =0 997 4).The regression equation was Y =188 7X-32 1.The average recovery was 101 3%( n =3).Conclusion:This method is simple,quick and sensitive.
