摘要
目的 :测定大黄降脂粉中大黄酸、大黄素、丹参酮ⅡA 的含量。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,KromasalODS柱。甲醇 - 0 1%磷酸 (2 6 5∶35 )为流动相 ,检测波长 :2 5 4nm ,柱温 :45℃。结果 :可同时测定大黄酸、大黄素、丹参酮ⅡA 的含量。其浓度分别在 1 2 2～ 5 5 5 ,2 2 5～ 10 73 ,0 33～ 1 2 3μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积呈线性关系 ,平均回收率 (n =3)分别为 10 4 2 % (RSD =2 5 % ) ,96 5 % (RSD =2 0 % ) ,95 2 % (RSD =2 8% )。结论 :方法简便、快速准确 ,可作为样品的检测方法。
Objective:To separate and determine rhein,emodin and tanshinone Ⅱ A in Dahuang Jiangzhi powder.Methods:A HPLC method was used,chromatographic conditions included Kromasal ODS column and the mobile phase consist of methanol and 0 1% H 3PO 4 (265∶35).The detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results:The separation and determination of three compounds could be accomplished simultaneously.The calibration curves were linear in the range of 1 22～5 55 μg·mL -1 for rhein,2 25～10 73 μg·mL -1 for emodin,0 33～1 23 μg·mL -1 for tanshinone Ⅱ A.The average recoveries are 104 2%( RSD =2 5%),96 5%( RSD =2 0%),95 2%( RSD =2 8%)respectively.Conclusion:This method was found to be simple,quick and accurate for simultaneous determination of the three compounds in Dahuang Jiangzhi powder.
