摘要 CSN3是CSN复合物中一个重要的结合部分,编码CSN的第3个亚基,其在真核细胞中具有许多重要的生物学功能。研究发现,其在哺乳动物的生长、繁殖和生产过程中具有重要的作用。文章就近年来CSN3基因在牛、羊、大鼠等动物生产上的研究进展作以综述。 CSN3 is one of the most important combination part in CSN complexes, which is coding the third base of CSN, it has many important biological functions in eukaryotic ceils. The recent study found that the gene of CSN3 also plays an important role in the course of the growth, the production and the reproduction in mammals. The research progress of CSN3 gene on cattle, sheep and rats production in recent years were summarized in this paper.
