摘要
首先简要介绍折弯机的工作原理,然后提出一种以PIC18F67J11控制器为核心的经济型折弯数控系统设计方案,它采用变频器驱动的三相异步电机为执行元件带动机床档料机构实现快速准确的定位,文中给出了系统具体的软硬件实现方法。该方案已经实现产品化,使用表明其具有较高的实用价值。
Firstly, briefly introduces the operation principle of bending machine, then gives a scheme of building economical numerical control (NC) system for bending machine based on PIC18F67J11 as its controller. It uses variable-frequency drive (VFD)-driven three-phase asynchronous motor as actuator to drive machine backgauge mechanism to achieve fast and accurately positioning. The paper gives the specific methods to realize the system on both hardware and software. The scheme has already applied on relative products and proven to have high practical value.
