摘要
针对交流伺服系统综合性能测试问题,提出一种在线式交流伺服系统动态性能测试平台。该平台由嵌入式控制器、试验电机、加载电机及其控制器、扭矩传感器、惯量盘、NI数据采集卡以及上位机LabVIEW测控系统组成。当加载电机工作于扭矩模式时,在上位机LabVIEW测控系统的控制下为试验电机提供任意形式的负载。电机运行中,采集卡采集各状态参数并传输到上位机,经过处理后以曲线等形式实时显示,从而实现对交流伺服系统动态性能的在线测试以及参数寻优。
For testing comprehensive performance of the AC servo system, the online test platform of dynamic performance is proposed. The platform is composed of the tested motor, embedded controller, loading motor and its controller, torque sensor, inertia plate, NI data collection module, and host computer LabVIEW measurement and control system. The loading motor is operating in torque output mode, and provides any type of load to the tested motor under control of LabVIEW based measurement and control system. All parameters of the AC servo motor are collected and transmitted to host computer through the data collection module, and displayed in real time curve form after data processing, thus online test and parameter optimization for dynamic performance of the AC servo system are fulfilled.
