摘要
用等离子喷涂技术制备了ZrO2结构梯度和成份梯度涂层,并试验测定了各涂层的隔热效果及抗热震性。涂层试片在2.5 Ma、1 800 ℃、5 800 kW/m2的热流冲刷5 s后,结果表明:涂层表面仍较光滑,与烧蚀前无明显差别,更无剥落、崩裂现象,平均每毫米隔热涂层降温约402.2 ℃。
Plasma spraying technology was used to prepare Zirconia thermal barrier structural and compositional gradient coatings, their heat insulation effect and thermal-shock resistance property were also characterized. When the coatings were eroded at the conditions of 2.5 Ma, 1 800℃ and 5 800 kw/m2 thermal curent for 5 seconds. Their surfaces were still smooth, there were no evident changes of morphology, breaking off and spalling phenomena. Reducing temperature of this gradient coating was about 402.2℃ per millimetre.
