摘要
首先采用化学法在铝合金表面制备了预处理膜层,分析了膜层的微观组织结构。采用刷涂法在预处理膜层上制备了隔热涂层并测试了涂层的性能。结果表明,当涂料中加入2%空心微球时,隔热膜层的导热系数有明显减低,节能隔热涂层还具有良好的耐腐蚀性。
Pre-treatment films on aluminum alloy surface were prepared by using chemical methods.And their microstructures were analyzed.Insulating coatings were prepared on pre-treatment films using paint methods and their performances were tested as well.Results showed that the heat conductivity of films containing 2%cenospheres decreased obviously.The insulating coatings had better anticorrosion performances as well.
