摘要
利用定量分析方法,对海珠区两条街道188位城市低保者进行问卷调查,并结合前期的定性研究,探讨城市低保者的日常生活信息获取行为,包括信息需求、信息获取渠道、难易程度、积极性、影响因素、利用图书馆情况等。建议公共图书馆重视城市低保群体,了解他们的信息行为特点,在与相关机构合作的基础上开展延伸服务、信息素质教育和就业信息服务。
With a questionnaire survey conducted among 188 urban low-income residents from Xingang Street and Fengyang Street and other earlier qualitative surveys, this article explores the information seeking behavior of low-income group in every day life, including information needs, information sources, level of difficulty, enthusiasm, influential factors of information seeking, and libraries using. Finally, it points out that public libraries should place importance on low-income urban residents, find out the characteristics of their information seeking, develop outreach services in cooperation with other organizations, im prove their information literacy, and provide employment information services for them.
