摘要
由于金属接地体在土壤中的腐蚀速率具有不均匀性,腐蚀点的最大腐蚀速率可达到平均腐蚀速率的5~8倍,对接地材料的选择具有很大的影响。文章通过对土壤中金属接地体的腐蚀特性进行了分析,并对不同腐蚀等级下的金属接地材料的经济性进行了比选,分析结果表明,在微、弱土壤腐蚀等级的接地装置采用镀锌钢质接地材料,在中、强土壤腐蚀等级的接地装置宜采用铜或铜包钢等抗腐蚀性能较好的接地材料。对输变电工程中金属接地装置材料选择有一定的指导意义。
Due to the non-uniformity of the corrosion rate of the metal grounding body in soil,the maximum corro-sion rate of corrosion point can be 5~8 times of the average corrosion rate,which has a great influence on the selec-tion of grounding materials. The paper analyzes the corrosion characteristics of metal grounding body in soil,and compares the economy of metal grounding materials the different corrosion levels. The results show that the grounding devices in soils with weak and micro corrosivity should be galvanized steel grounding materials,while,those in soils with medium and strong corrosivity should be copper or copper clad steel materials with good corrosion resistance. The results can be well referenced by similar projects.
