摘要
以黄金叶(Duranta repens cv.'Dwarf Yellow'),葛藤(Pueraria lobata),老鸭嘴(Thunbergia erecta),假连翘(Duranta repens),山毛豆(Tephrosia candida)5种幼苗为试验材料,研究了人工模拟干旱胁迫环境对幼苗叶片生理指标的影响,结果表明干旱胁迫期间,5种幼苗的叶片含水量下降,5种幼苗叶片的叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性逐渐增加,假连翘幼苗的叶片蛋白质含量小幅波动,其余幼苗持续上升。复水后幼苗的各项生理指标通常恢复到对照水平。主成分分析结果表明,5种幼苗的抗旱性为山毛豆>假连翘>老鸭嘴>黄金叶>葛藤。
Physiological changes of the seedlings of Duranta repens cv. 'Dwarf Yellow',Pueraria lobata,Thunbergia erecta,Duranta repens and Tephrosia candida were observed under drought stress. The results showed that during drought stress period,the water content of the five seedlings declined; their chlorophyll,free proline,soluble sugar and MDA contents and SOD activity increased; the content of soluble protein of D. repens slightly fluctuated,whereas that of other seedlings increased gradually. These physiological indices generally recovered to the control level after rewatering. Seedlings' physiological properties were evaluated using principal component analysis,and their drought resistance was sequenced as T. candidaD. repensT. erectaD. repens cv. Dwarf YellowP.lobata.
