摘要
目的 探讨早期康复护理配合传统疗法治疗颅脑损伤患者的临床疗效.方法 选取2011年5月～2012年5月收治的98例颅脑损伤患者为研究对象.随机分为观察组与对照组各49例,比较治疗30天后两组患者的临床疗效.结果 观察组优于对照组,观察组治疗后患者并发症发生率为10.0%,较治疗前（60.0%）明显改善（P＜0.05）.结论 早期康复护理配合传统疗法治疗颅脑损伤患者效果显著.
Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing and traditional therapy in the treatment of patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods： Ninty-eight patients with traumatic brain injury （2011 May - 2012 May） were randomly divided into experimental group （49 patients） and control group（49 patients）, and the clinical effects of 30 days of two groups were compared. Results ： The observation group was better than control group. The incidence of complications was 10% in the observation group after treatment, which improved obviously than before treatment （60%）. Conclusion：The early rehabilitation nursing combined with traditional therapy has obvious therapeutic effect in the patients with traumatic brain injury.
