摘要
目的 探讨紫外线照射充氧自血回输疗法 (UBI)辅助治疗小儿重症肺炎的疗效。方法 治疗组 30例采用 UBI加传统疗法 ,对照组 38例单纯采用传统疗法治疗小儿重症肺炎。结果 治疗组的临床症状、体征及胸部 X线改善明显高于对照组 ,病死率、治愈天数明显低于对照组。结论 UBI对小儿重症肺炎有辅助治疗作用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of UBI in the supplementary treatment of children with serious pneumonia.Methods Thirty cases were treated with UBI plus traditiond therapy and the controls (38 cases),with traditional treatment only.Results The clinical and chest x ray appearance were improved and the rate of death and curative days were better than that of controls.Conclusion UBI is more effective to children with serious pneumonia.
