摘要
简单介绍了DNA分子标记技术,阐述了DNA分子标记技术在水产动物遗传多样性分析、种质鉴定、亲缘关系研究、亲子鉴定、遗传图谱构建、QTL定位和分子标记辅助育种等方面的研究应用成果,期望该技术在水产动物遗传育种研究中开辟新途径。
This article simply introduces the DNA molecular markers and their application of aquatic ani- mals in genetic diversity analysis,germplasm identification, genetic relationship research, paternity test,genetic map construction, QTL mapping and marker assisted breedingl.
