摘要
球压试验中传统的压痕测量方法由于难以准确区分压痕的真实边界,很容易导致测量结果出现较大偏差。本文介绍了一种测量压痕尺寸的新方法,通过调整平行光的照射角度得到部分较为清晰的压痕边界,并应用光学投影仪采集清晰的压痕边界点,最后对采样点进行最小二乘法拟合计算得到压痕的直径。通过比对验证该方法的试验结果较为准确。
The traditional method of ball-pressure test indentation size measurement is easily lead to larger deviation, because it is difficult to accurately distinguish the real boundary of indentation.
