吸毒人员血清生长激素释放肽水平检测的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨吸毒人员血清生长激素释放肽(ghrelin)水平变化及其意义。方法:利用主观整体营养评估法(SGA)评估吸毒人员营养状况,利用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测100例吸毒人员和25例对照组血清ghrelin水平。结果:100例吸毒人员中有84例营养不良,60例海洛因吸食者中有58例营养不良,40例冰毒吸食者中有26例营养不良,后两组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);吸毒人员血清ghrelin水平低于对照组(640.49±s 93.57 pg·ml-1vs 1072.12±s 209.5pg·ml-1,P<0.05);海洛因吸食组血清ghrelin水平低于冰毒吸食组(606.69±s 91.71 pg·ml-1vs 691.19±s 71.56 pg·ml-1,P<0.05);营养不良组血清ghrelin水平低于营养良好组(616.92±s 77.11 pg·ml-1vs 764.24±s 68.93 pg·ml-1,P<0.05)。结论:吸毒人员血清ghrelin水平发生改变,提示可能参与吸毒人员营养不良的发生过程。 Obecti To investigate the level of serum ghrelin in drug addicts. Met h?: Subjective Global Assessment(SGA)questionnaire was used to investigate the nutritional status of liD drug addicts ;ghrelin levels in the serum of lid drug addicts and 25 control group were detected by the enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). ResBy SGA,84 malnutrtion cases were detected in lid drug addicts; 58 malnutrtion cases were from 60 heroin addicts; 26 malnutrition cases were from 40 methamphetamine addicts ; there was correlation between malnutrition and type of drugs ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The level of serum ghrelin in drug addicts was significantly lower than that in the control group(640.49 s 93.57 pg m1-1 vs 1072. 12 s 209. 5 pg m1-1 ,P 〈0. 05), the level of semm ghrelin in heroin addicts was lower than that in methamphetamine addicts(606.69 ±s 91.71 pg m1-1 vs 691.19 s 71.56 pg m1-1 ,P 〈0.05)and the level in the malnutrition group was lower than that in the good nutrition group(616.92 ±s 77.11 pg ml-vs 764.24 ±s 68.93 pg m1-1 ,P〈0.05). Conclusion:The level of serum ghrelin in drug addicts was abnormal which suggests that ghrelin may be involved in the process of malnutrition in drug addicts.
