摘要
目的客观评估该院近年来用药情况,为合理调控用药结构提供依据。方法统计分析医院2009-2012门诊急诊药房及住院药房用药情况和配方数据量,从药品总金额、药理分类、用药金额、抗微生物药品等几方面比较分析。结果药品金额年平均增长率为18.07%,处方金额年平均增长率为-3.27%;抗微生物药品金额年增长率17.75%,应用较多的前15种药品金额年平均下降5.03%,非抗生素比例年平均增长率9.65%。结论该院2009-2012年用药情况基本符合合理用药要求,有待进一步改善。
Objective To objectively evaluate the use of drugs in our hospital in recent years, and to provide basis for rational drug control structure. Methods From 2009 to 2012 ,the drug use and prescription data of emergency pharmacy and hospital pharmacy in our hospital was analyzed statistically, involving the total amount of drugs, pharmacological classification, the amount of medication,anti microbial drugs and so on. Results The annual growth rate of amount of drugs was 18.07%, the amount of annual growth rate of prescription amount was - 3.27% ,the annual growth rate of antimicrobial drug amount was 17.75% ,the first 15 drugs average fell by 5.03% in the amount ,the annual growth rate of the proportion of non-antibiotics was 9.65%. Conclusion The use of drugs is basic rational in our hospital during 2009 -2012,but which needs to be further im proved.
