摘要
目的通过探讨《处方管理办法》(以下简称《办法》)实施中存在的具体问题,客观分析现状,提出修订意见。方法依据国家有关法律法规,针对问题,剖析原因,寻找对策。结果与结论应该针对医疗机构药学人员执行《办法》条文中的问题和困惑,适时修订和完善相关条文,使该法规内容更加规范、严谨,更具权威性和可操作性。
Objective By discussing the specific problems that exist in the implement of ＂Prescription Management Measures＂ （hereinafter referred to as ＂measures＂ ）,to objectively analyze the situation and put forward revision suggestion. Methods According to relevant laws and regulations dealing with problems,analyze causes and seek countermeasures. Results and Conclusion Revise and perfect the relevant items to resolve the problems encountered by pharmacists in the medical institutes,so that the content of the laws and regulations are the more standard and rigorous,more authoritative and applicable.
