摘要
目的:探讨痛泻要方配伍风药治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(D-IBS)的作用机理。方法:取健康雄性SD大鼠50只,按照随机数字表法分为正常对照组、蒸馏水组、痛泻要方原方组、痛泻要方倍防风组、痛泻要方去防风组,每组各5只。分别进行DBIS大鼠排便粒数、腹痛反应和腹泻大鼠排便次数评价。结果:与正常对照组比较,蒸馏水组大鼠1 h排便粒数多,蒸馏水组、痛泻要方原方组、痛泻要方去防风组抬腹压力及拱背压力低,数据经统计学处理,具有显著差异(P<0.05);与蒸馏水组比较,痛泻要方原方组、痛泻要方倍防风组和痛泻要方去防风组的1 h排便粒数处理,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:痛泻要方倍用防风,有助于增强痛泻要方的止泻效果。
Objective： To explore the mechanism of Tongxie Yaofang compatibility with Fangfeng in treating purging type irritable bowel syndrome.Methods： 50 SD rats were divided into normal control group,distilled water group,Tongxie Yaofang group,Tongxie Beifeng group and Tongxie Yaofang Qufeng group according to random number table method,5 cases in each group.Respectively evaluate the DBIS defecation grain number,stomachache reaction and defecation frequency.Results： Compared with normal control group,the distilled water group had more 1 h defecation grain number.The abdominal pressure and extrado pressure in distilled water group,Tongxie Yuanfang group and combined treatment group were lower.The difference had statistical significant（P 0.05）.Compared with the distilled water group,the defecation grain number in Tongxie Yuanfang group,Tongxie Yaofang group,Tongxie Beifeng group and Tongxie Yaofang Qufeng group had significant difference（P 0.05）.Compared with normal control group,6 h defecation frequency in Tongxie Yaofang Beifeng group was significantly lower.The difference was significantly statistical significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Tongxie Yaofang combined with Fangfeng can help to enhance the anti-diarrhea effect.
