气管导管套囊内碳酸利多卡因技术在小儿急救护理气道维持中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨套囊内注入碳酸利多卡因气管导管在急救护理气道维持中的应用效果。方法将100例美国麻醉师协会(ASA)分级Ⅱ或Ⅲ级需行紧急气道维持急诊抢救患儿随机分为A组、B组各50例,均行气管插管,A组套囊内注入碳酸利多卡因,B组套囊内注入空气,观察2组插管和耐管时心血管反应情况。结果 A组气管插管后2 h心血管反应较B组弱,且耐管比B组好(P<0.01),2组通气期间呼吸指标无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论套囊内碳酸利多卡因技术用于气管插管,患儿插管2 h后均能耐管,可减轻应激反应。 Objective To explore the effect of intra- cuff injection of lidocaine carbonate into tracheal catheter on airway maintenance of children with emergency nursing. Methods 100 children with ASA grading II or III were selected and treated with airway maintenance rescue. All of 100 children were randomly divided into group A and group B, 50 cases in each group. Children in both groups were conducted with endotracheal intubation, group A was treated with intra - cuff injection of lidocaine carbonate, and group B was treated with intra- cuff injection of air. Condi- tions of cardiovascular response in intubation time and in tolerance time were observed and com- pared between two groups. Results 2 hours after endotracheal intubation, the cardiovascular re- sponse in group A was significantly lighter than group B, and the condition of catheter tolerance was better than group B (P 〈 0.01) ; there were no significant differences of respiratory indexes between two groups (P 〉0.05). Conclusion Application of intra = cuff injection of lidocaine car- bonate into tracheal catheter in airway maintenance of children with emergency nursing can reduce the stress reaction, and the children show good tolerance on endotracheal catheter.
