摘要
提出了一种新型活塞环型线设计方法 ,该方法未采用传统 3种设计方法的简化过程及近似方法 ,故计算精度高 ;该设计方法考虑了多种接触压力 ,其通用性强 ,可适用于 3种传统理论压力分布函数 ;计算结果可给出均分角度极坐标矢径 ,便于仿形凸轮加工 ;以数值分析为基础 ,采用了计算机辅助设计 ,大大减轻了人工计算劳动。
A new method to design the free shape of piston ring is described in this paper.Without the simplifications that adopted in the three traditional design methods,this method is of a high accuracy.And it is of a so high applicability that it can be applied to any of the three traditional contact pressure.With the uniform angle γ of the polar coordinate,the result given with this method is convenient to manufacture the replica-cam used in the process of the pistion ring.Based on the numerical analysis and with the help of the computer aided design,the heavy hand calculation is relieved.At last,the errors of the traditional design methods are analyzed in this paper.
