摘要
非标准机械设计缺乏可供借鉴的数据和经验,难度高于标准机械设计。本文简述了非标准机械设计过程中常规的强度计算方法及特点,设计了简化的强度校核方法与计算流程,给出这个简化过程的理论依据,指出目前简化方法需要完善的方面。
Due to less data and experience for reference,the non-standard mechanical design is more difficult than standard mechanical design.The general strength calculation and characteristics of non-standard mechanical design was discussed.The check method and calculation flowchart of simplified strength check was analyzed and the theory principal that is based on was offered.Some points of simplified method which need to be improved were also discussed.
