摘要
目的研究以金匮肾气汤为基础方加活血化淤法治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选取2011年1月至2013年7月我中心就诊治疗的早期糖尿病肾病患者100例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组50例,两组均应用常规治疗方法,对照组在常规治疗的基础上应用血管紧张素Ⅱ进行治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上应用金匮肾气汤加活血化淤的方法进行治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果经过治疗,研究组总有效率84%明显高于对照组总有效率54%,两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论早期糖尿病肾病应用金匮肾气汤加活血化淤法进行治疗具有较好的临床疗效,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study Jinkuishenqitang Tang based side plus blood stasis treatment of early diabetic nephropathy clinical efficacy. Methods January 2011 to July 2013 the center for treatment of early diabetic nephropathy treated 100 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group 50 cases, application of conventional treatment in both groups, the control group in the conventional therapy based on the use of angiotensin 1I treatment, the study group on the basis of conventional therapy applications Jinkuishenqitang Tonga blood stasis treatment methods were compared for clinical efficacy. Results Alter treatment, the study group was significantly higher than 84% of the total efficiency 54%, the two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early diabetic nephropathy application Jinkuishenqitang Tonga blood stasis method of treatment has better clinical efficacy, worthy of clinical application.
