摘要
目的:观察益气养阴活血中药糖肾方联合蒙诺治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:对确诊为糖尿病早期肾病的患者,采用随机方法分为两组,中药组治疗组34例,予糖肾方和蒙诺,西药组27例,予以蒙诺,观察治疗前后两组症状积分、尿系列微量蛋白(UAER、THP、β2-MG)、血糖、血脂的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率85.3%,对照组总有效率59.3%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在改善临床症状,降低尿系列微量蛋白、血脂等方面,均优于单纯西药组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:糖肾方联合蒙诺能降低糖尿病肾病患者的血糖、血脂,改善糖脂代谢及微循环,减轻肾损害程度,对糖尿病肾病有较好的疗效。
Objective:To observe the effect of Tangshenfang(TSF) in treating early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:The 61 patients enrolled were divided into 2 groups,34 patients in the TSF group treated with TSF and Monopril,27 patients in the control treated with Monopril.The changes of symptom score,urinary mi-croproteinseries urinaryalbuminex cretionrate,Tamm-horsfall proteinandβ2 microglobulin,blood glucose,blood lipid were observed.Results:The total effect iverate in the TSF group was 85.3%,which was superior to that in the control group 59,3%,(P<0.05).TSF group showed better effects in improving clinical symptoms,lowering blood glucose, urinary microproteinseries,blood lipid liorating kidney function,and adjusting dynamice quilibrium of thromboxane-prostacyclin system,ascompared with the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusiorr.TSF could lower the levels of blood glucose and lipid,improve the glucose and lipid metabolism,regulate the microcirculation,ameliorate the degree of kidneydamage,therefore,it showed a better effect in treating diabetic nephropathy.
