摘要
目的观察中医辨证治疗高血压的疗效并作分析探讨。方法选取2011年2月至2013年2月我院76例高血压患者的临床资料,观察组56例,行中医辨证治疗,对照组20例,行常规西药治疗。比较两组患者疗效差异、不良反应及复发情况。结果观察组的有效率为94.6%,远大于对照组70.0%,差异具有显著统计学意义(χ2=16.622,P<0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗高血压疗效确切,有效率高,不良反应少,复发率低。
Objective To observe the curative effect of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of high blood pressure and analyze. Method Selection in February 2011 - February 2011, our hospital clinical data of 76 cases of patients with high blood pressure, the observation group 56 cases, lines of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment, control group 20 cases, lines of conventional western medicine treatment. Compare two groups of patients with curative effects, adverse reactions and relapse. Results Observation group effective rate was 94.6%, 70.0% than the control group, with significant difference statistically significant （chi-square=16.622, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect is syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of high blood pressure, high efficient, less adverse reaction, recurrence rate is low.
