摘要
从平衡计分卡的含义、内容出发,具体论述了财务、客户、内部业务流程、学习和成长等四个维度在企业物流管理绩效评价中的应用以及相应指标的设计,进而通过建立平衡计分卡绩效评价数学模型分析了四个维度的绩效在物流管理整体绩效评价中的应用。
In this paper, starting from the definition and content of the balanced scorecard, we introduced in detail the application of the four dimensions of the BSC, that is, finance, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth, in the evaluation of enterprise logistics management performance, designed the corresponding index, and then built the mathematic model of performance evaluation based on balanced scorecard.
