新时期成人高等教育院校的发展面临很多新的问题,从财务、生源、内部流程、学习和成长多个角度建立平衡记分卡战略图,有助于成人高等教育工作者用具体的指标对自身的优、劣加以衡量,便于实现目标分解、战略控制和不断创新。
The development of adult higher educational college is faced with a lot new problems in the new age. Establishing the strategic map of Balanced Scored , from the angle of finance, source of students, internal process, study and growth, is profitable for workers of adult higher education to measure the self advantages and disadvantages with specific index, and to realize the goal decompose, strategic control and constant creation.
