摘要
为适应高等教育发展的需要,高职院校学生工作必须引入精细化管理。以无锡工艺职业技术学院为例,在学生评价、教育、管理、服务体系精细化等方面进行实践探索,取得一定成效,对提高学生工作水平、提升人才培养质量具有积极意义。
In order to meet the needs of the development of higher education, the management of higher vocational colleges students should be in detail. This paper takes Wuxi Institute of Arts and Technology as an example, which has explored the detailed management in many aspects, such as student evaluation, student management and service system and has made some achievements. This is of great significance to knprove students management level and the talent quality.
