摘要
选取农产品加工企业原材料采购这一小方向,运用协同论、文献分析法等对原材料采购在农产品加工企业中的战略地位进行研究,分析农产品加工企业中原材料采购的战略地位及现状,提出提高原材料采购在企业中的战略地位的措施。提高农产品加工企业对原材料采购的重视程度,使其认识到原材料采购在保证原材料供应、企业流动资金、产品生产成本、食品安全等方面具有的重要作用,对指导企业改善其原材料采购具有一定的指导意义。
Selecting the aspect of the raw material purchasing in the agro-product processing enterprises, research on the strategic effect of raw material purchasing in the agro-product processing enterprises was conducted by using coordination theory and literature analysis method, sev- eral measures for improving strategic position of raw material purchasing were put forward. Laying more emphasis on the purchasing of raw ma- terial in the agro-product processing enterprises should realize the importance of the purchasing in the guarantee of raw material supply, corpo- rate liquidity, production costs, food safety, It has important guiding significance for the agro-product processing enterprises to improve the purchasing.
