文中在对食品安全事件分析的基础上,提出从田间到餐桌全过程受控食品最安全的思想,对改进食品安全供应链提出了有关建议,并倡导食品供应链营销。
The article on food safety incidents based on the analysis put forward from field to fork controlled the whole process of thinking of the safest food, the supply chain to improve food safety made recommendations, and to advocate for the food supply chain marketing.
