摘要
目的:探究采用低温高压差提取六味祛痘方的体外抑菌效果。评价其对治疗痤疮的人体安全性及有效性。方法:采用连续低温高压差提取六味中草药活性成分组成六味祛痘方,测定该复方对三种模式菌株的抑菌圈和最低抑菌浓度(MIC值),并通过人体皮肤斑贴试验以及临床疗效确定其安全性及有效性。结果:该六味祛痘方具有明显体外抑菌效果,斑贴试验阴性率92.5%,临床疗效治疗组有效率为87.5%。结论:连续低温高压差提取中药活性成分药效高,适合用于祛痘面膜液治疗痤疮,对人体无刺激,无不良反应,疗效显著。
Objective To explore the antibacterial effect in vitro of the six kinds of acne,which extracting by cryogenic high pressure difference.Evaluate the human efficacy and safety about treating acne.Methods Extract the six kinds of acne by continuous cryogenic high pressure difference.Detect bacteriostatic ring of the compound against three models strains and minimum bacteriostatic concentration （MICvalues）.Determine its safety and efficacythrough the human body skin patch test and clinical curative.Results The compound has obvious antibacterial effect in vitro.Patch test negative rate is 92.5％.The efficiency of clinical efficacy of the treatment group is 87.5％.Conclusion By continuous cryogenic high pressure difference method to extract the effective ingredients of Chinese medicine efficacy is high,suitable for treating acne as acne mask fluid.No stimulation to the human body,no bad reaction.Curative effect is remarkable.
