摘要
本例患儿因先天性巨大黑色素细胞痣恶变成恶性黑色素瘤，诊断明确。恶性黑色素瘤多发生在青春期以后，在幼儿时期恶变为黑色素瘤，实属少见。
Malignant melanoma tends to occur after puberty, it is rarely observed in childrhood. We report a case of malignant melanoma caused by congenital huge melanin cell nevus.
