摘要
转化医学代表现代医学的发展方向,加强研究生的转化医学观念培养有利于高素质创新复合型人才的成长。北京大学基础医学院通过扩大研究生生源类型,促进基础与临床学术交流,组建交叉学科及产学共建机构等多种形式在研究生中培养转化医学理念,已取得较好效果。为深化教育,应将转化医学由概念提升至二级学科的高度,培养转化医学专业研究生,并拓展社会实践基地功能,以加速人才成长。
Translational medicine represents the developmental direction of the modern medicine. Strengthening the concept of translational medicine contributes to the training of high-quality innovative medical postgraduate. School of Basic Medical Sciences of Peking University cultivates the concept of translational medicine in many forms, which has achieved many successes. In order to make further progresses, translational medicine should be raised as a higher-level discipline. The authors further suggest expanding the function of translational medicine social practice institutions.
