预防性回肠造口在低位直肠癌保肛手术中临床体会 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨回肠造口术预防直肠癌低位前切除术后的临床价值。方法回顾性分析本院近3年来72例低位直肠癌的病例资料,分为预防性回肠造口组35例(试验组),未造口37例(对照组)。两组患者术后吻合口愈合进行对比分析。结果试验组35例吻合口无发生瘘,无医疗纠纷,对照组37例发生吻合口瘘7例(18.92%),差异有统计学意义。结论低位直肠癌在肿瘤达到根治术的基础上可以成功保肛,预防性回肠造口明显降低术后吻合口瘘的发生率,预防医疗纠纷的发生,能在一定程度上提高患者的生活质量。
