摘要
探索了原子荧光光谱法测定饲料添加剂磷酸氢钙中铅含量的条件。通过试验，控制氢化反应后废液pH值4～9时，可准确测定饲料添加剂磷酸氢钙中铅。方法检出限可达1．0肛g／L，线性范围为0．2～20．0μg／L，样品测定结果的RSD为1．4％，回收率在93．0％～102．5％之间。
The determination conditions of Pb in feed additive dicalcium phosphate by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry was explored. Through the test, the pH of the waste liquid after the hydrogenation reaction was determined. The linear can be detected accurately, when the pH value was in 4 - 9. The detection limit was 1.0μg/L, the linear range was good in 0.2 - 20.0μg/L , the relative standard deviation was 1.4%, the recovery rate was 93.0% - 102.5%.
