摘要
研究了用氢化物原子荧光法测定城市污水中铅的方法。对样品前处理方法进行了筛选,在选定的最佳实验条件下,方法检出限为0.55ug/L。标样含量在25ug/L时,其变异系数为0.3%。以实际样品测定,加标回收率为96%~101%,变异系数在2%以内,证明本方法测定污水中的铅切实、有效。
The determination method of lead in municipal sewage by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was studied.The pretreatment methods of samples were selected.Under the best condition,the detection limit was 0.55μg/L.When the concentration of standard sample was 25μg/L,it's coefficient of variation was 0.3%.In the detection of practical samples,the recoveries were 96% ~ 101% and the coefficients of variation were below 2%.The results showed that the method was practical and efficient.
