荞麦为一种小宗粮食作物 ,因其生长地区较为贫瘠、偏僻 ,面质不如小麦粉等原因而长期不大为人们所重视。新近的研究表明 ,荞麦含有丰富的营养成分 ,且具有一些独特功能。
Buckwheat is a kind of non-staple cereals. The buckwheat has not been aroused an attention for a long time due to its poorer quality comparing with the wheat flour. The latest research indicates that the buckwheat contains a rich nutritional components and has some special functions. The nutritional value and healthy function of buckwheat were expounded.
