摘要
根据米饭罐头久置后会产生回生现象 ,制定出几种抗回生的试验 ,添加不同功能作用的食品添加剂 。
Several trials were made to resistance the canned rice returning raw after storing for a period of time, some edible additives with different functions were used for the trial.
