摘要
为了开发绿色无毒的载药基材,以食品级柠檬醛为新型交联剂,采用乳化交联法制备壳聚糖载药微球。结果表明,柠檬醛交联壳聚糖载药微球成球性良好,表面致密;壳聚糖的氨基与柠檬醛的醛基发生交联反应形成席夫碱结构是柠檬醛交联壳聚糖微球形成的内因;柠檬醛交联壳聚糖载药微球的载药量和包封率分别可达186g/kg和91.2%,为开发安全的药物载体提供了一条新途径。
To develop a green and harmless drug-loaded materials, the chitosan microspheres crosslinked with food-grade citral were prepared by emulsion crosslinking method. Results showed that chitosan microspheres erosslinked with citral had good sphericity and dense surface; FT-IR spectrum verified the crosslink reaction between the amino groups from chitosan and the aldehyde from citral;the drug loading and entrapment efficiency of the chitosan microspheres were 186 g/kg and 91.20% ,respectively.
