摘要
内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)是一种安全有效的内镜下微创治疗新技术,具有可完整切除病灶、切除较大病灶、提供完整病理诊断标本及预防复发等优点,成为消化道早癌和癌前病变的首选治疗方法。由于ESD技术操作难度大,在一定程度上限制了该技术的临床开展。如何提高ESD培训水平使更多的内镜医师掌握此项技术从而造福于更多的患者成为内镜医师关注的热点问题。本文结合国内外文献,阐述消化道黏膜病变ESD培训模式现状及国内外研究进展的概况,为ESD培训经验的积累及促进该技术在临床上的顺利开展提供借鉴。
Endoscopic submucosal dissection （ESD） is a new safe and effective development of endoscopic technique with minimally invasive. This allows the en-hloc resection of larger lesions more safely and effectively, provide complete pathological diagnosis materials and prevent recurrence. It was a new approach to the management of premalignant le- sions and early gastric cancer. However, due to the difficulties of ESD operation, it was limited to the clinical undertaken in some extent. How to improve the level of ESD training, that more endoscopists could master this technique and bene- fit to more patients, becomes the attention focus of the endoscopists. In this paper, the current status and research pro- gress about training mode of ESD in gastrointestinal mucosal lesions treatment was reviewed based on the literature pub- lished. So ESD training experience may be accumulated and clinical implement of ESD could be promoted.
