摘要
肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是一种常见的功能性胃肠病。在世界范围内,有大量关于IBS的研究和报道,但目前其具体病因和机制尚不十分清楚。可能涉及到遗传、肠道感染、精神心理因素、肠道高敏性、食物不耐受、激素水平改变、睡眠障碍、压力等因素。本文对其可能的相关致病因素和机制作一概述。
Irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） is a common functional gastrointestinal disease. Worldwide, there have been a lot of researches and reports about IBS, but its specific pathogenic factors and mechanisms are still not very clear now. Heredity, intestinal infection, mental factors, intestinal hypersensitivity, food intolerance, hormone level changes, sleep disorder, stress factors may be involved. The possible related pathogenic factors and mechanisms will be summa- rized in this paper.
