摘要
综述了国内外从皮革废弃物中脱铬提取胶原蛋白的制备方法,并介绍了这些胶原蛋白在皮革、造纸、医药、食品、化妆品等方面的综合利用。
The present methods for extracting collagen products from chrome shavings home and abroad were summarized, and the investigations on utilization of the collagen in leather, papermaking, medical, cosmetics, and foods industry were introduced in this paper.
