时效处理对Q235/316L异种钢焊接头组织及性能的影响 被引量:5

Effect of aging treatment on microstructure and properties of dissimilar materials joint

摘要 为了研究时效处理对Q235/316L异种钢焊接接头组织及性能的影响,采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了焊接接头的微观组织,并测试了异种钢焊接接头的力学性能和腐蚀性能。结果表明,经300℃×2 h保温,空冷时效处理后的焊接接头比500℃×2 h、700℃×2 h保温,空冷时效处理及不进行时效处理的接头具有优异性能。经300℃时效处理的接头组织有利于淬硬相和残余碳化物的溶解,未出现脆化相,再加上接头合金元素的作用,使接头组织更加均匀,力学性能良好。同时,经300℃时效处理的接头焊缝Cr、Ni含量高,提高其抗应力腐蚀和抗环境腐蚀能力。 In order to investigate the effect of aging treatment on microstructure and properties of Q235/316L dissimilar malerials joints, microstrueture of the welded joints was observed by SEM, and its mechanical properties were tested and corrosion performance was examined. The results show that the dissimilar steel welded joints after aging treatment at 300 ℃ for 2 h exhibits better microstructure and properties compared with that of the welded joints aged at 500 ℃ for 2 h and at 700 ℃ for 2 h and non-aging treatment. The carbides at austenite grain boundaries are dissolved and no harmful embrittled phase is observed in the mierostructure of the welded joints after aging treatment at 300℃ , and the mierostructure is more uniform with higher content of Cr and Ni in the matrix, which can improve the resistance of corrosion and stress corrosion.
