英国就业教育信息化特色分析 被引量：1

摘要 我国高校毕业生的就业已成为社会问题,缓解乃至解决这一问题需要学习国际经验。英国在就业教育研究方面居世界领先地位,其在就业教育信息化方面的特色表现为:国家推出了官方的覆盖全国高校就业率和薪酬的网站,供大学申请者及其家长参考,同时便于高校间比较并改进;高校公布了多维度培养学生就业能力的路径;学生则通过电子档案,记录并管理自己的就业能力发展轨迹。
