摘要
激励理论对企业人力资源管理起着举足轻重的作用。分析了传统企业在员工激励方面所存在的问题,从建立具有竞争力的薪酬体系、树立"以人为本"的理念、实行差异化的激励、建立全方位的沟通机制四个方面提出了解决问题的对策,以期帮助传统企业有效进行激励,促进企业可持续发展。
Incentive Theory plays a decisive role in human resources management in the traditional enterprises. This paper analyzes the staff incentive problems in the traditional enterprises, and it puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem in such four aspects as establishing competitive salary system, setting up "people -oriented" conception, implementing different incentives, building a full range of communication mechanism, etc. , aiming to help the traditional enterprises make effective incentive and keep sustainable development.
