摘要
目的探讨不同剂量人参三醇组皂苷对运动疲劳大鼠血糖、血乳酸、血尿素氮的影响。方法成熟Wistar大鼠,训练前每日经口灌胃给予PTS高(100.0mg/kg bw)、中(50.0mg/kg bw)、低(25.0mg/kg bw)3个剂量,另设安静对照组、空白训练组(灌胃给予生理盐水)及甲基睾酮组(甲基睾酮水混悬液2.4 mg/kg bw灌胃)。游泳训练7w,观察人参三醇组皂苷对运动疲劳大鼠血糖、血乳酸、血尿素氮的影响。结果甲基睾酮组、人参三醇组皂苷高、中剂量组与空白训练组比较大鼠力竭游泳时间延长,血糖升高差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);甲基睾酮组、人参三醇组皂苷高剂量组与空白训练组比较血乳酸、血尿素氮浓度降低差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PTS对运动疲劳大鼠血糖、血乳酸、血尿素氮有一定影响,能延缓疲劳的产生。
Objective To discuss the effect of different doses of panaxtrol saponin(PTS) on blood glucose, blood lactic acid and blood urea nitrogen in sports fatigue rats. Methods Sixty Mature Wistar rats were randomized into 6 groups : PTS high (100. 0 mg/kg bw), medium (50. 0 mg/kg bw), low (25. 0 mg/kg bw) dose groups, quiet control group, blank training and methyl testosterone group (methyl testosterone suspension liquid water 2.4 mg/kg bw). They were trained for swimming on the 7 weeks so as to observe ginseng saponin on three alcohol group sports fatigue rats blood glucose, blood lactate and blood urea nitrogen. Results Methyl test osterone group, PTS high, medium dose groups could extend exhaus- tion swimming times(P 〈 0. 05) and elevated blood glucose( P 〈 0. 05 ), compared with blank training group ; Methyl tes- tosterone group, PTS high dose group could reduce the concentration of blood lactate and blood urea nitrogen(P 〈 0. 05 ), compared with blank training group. Conclusion PTS has a certain influence alleviate fatigue generation on sports fatigue rats in blood glucose, blood lactic acid, blood urea nitrogen.
