摘要
目的评价学生社团开展艾滋病感染者参与的高中生艾滋病宣传教育及减少歧视活动的效果。方法学生社团组织动员在校高中生开展艾滋病宣传教育及减少歧视活动,干预前后分别抽取了1 000人做同比问卷调查,用SPSS 18.0软件进行χ2检验,P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结果高中生艾滋病知识知晓率由干预前64.20%上升至干预后的92.20%,干预前后差异有统计学意义(χ2=229.94,P<0.001);干预前后高中生对艾滋病患者歧视态度分项以及总歧视态均有明显改善(P值均<0.001)。结论学生社团开展艾滋病感染者参与高中生艾滋病宣传教育及减少歧视活动取得良好效果,可进行推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of AIDS intervention among high school students by educational activities organized by student social club. Methods 2000 high school students were randomly selected prior to and after the intervention to complete the anonymous questionnaire survey. SPSS 18.0 software was used for data analysis. Results The awareness rate of students increased from 64.2% to 92.2% after the intervention, the difference was statistically significant (X2=229. 94, P〈0.01) . Meanwhile, much less discrimina- tion to AIDS patients was found after the intervention among students who became more understandable and tolerant to AIDS patients. Conclusions AIDS educational activities organized by student social club are effective to teach high school students about the knowledge of HIV/AIDS and help them not discriminating AIDS patients.
