摘要
根据苯甲酸在酸性条件下能随水蒸气一起蒸发出来的原理 ,摸索出一种测定饮料中防腐剂——苯甲酸的方法 .该方法具有简便、快速的特点 ,尤其适用于果汁、果酱、饮料及调味品等食品中苯甲酸及其 Na盐的快速测定 .其回收率为 92 % - 10 1% ,精密度为 0 .6 3% - 3.2 %
Based on the principle that benzoic acid could be distilled in company with water steam under acid condition, the determination method of mass fraction of benzoic acid acting as antiseptic in beverage is quick and simple. It particularly suits to quick measurement of the mass fraction of benzoic acid and benzoate in fruit juice, fruit sauce and flavoring. Its recovery rate is 92%-101%. The accuracy is 0.63%-3.2%.
